David Davis

Board Certified Physician Assistant

David is a Physician Assistant (PA) who joined Dr. Moelleken´s practice in 2006. After graduating from high school David entered the U.S. Navy. He graduated in 1987 from the U.S. Naval School of Health Sciences entering the Hospital Corps. He served in more than 25 countries as an FMF Hospital Corpsman/Nurse serving with the 3rd and 4th Marine Division and the United Nations for 12 years. A Naval Accommodation Medal Recipient, he proudly served in multiple conflicts including the 1st Gulf War. David received of Degree in Respiratory Therapy in 1997, and later completed his Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies at Stanford University School of Medicine in 2004. David’s education and training allow him to provide a wide range of medical and surgical services. He assists Dr. Moelleken in surgery at both Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital and the Carrillo Surgery Center. When David is not working he is most likely spending time with his wife and their three children.
